I didn't think about that but that could be appropriate given that major 
releases of Gradle tend to break major things in builds, especially for 
large projects. Thanks for the suggestion.

So far I was able to rebuild with theses sources and the binary 
distribution so I don't think there are missing bits, extra bits for 
sure and I haven't looked yet at what was used to sanitize the sources 
for Debian, but as its build downloads the whole Internet of 
dependencies while building itself who knows. I will check.
