Description     : Format a number in an arbitrary radix

radix_fmt is a Rust crate that provides utilities for formatting integers
in an arbitrary base (radix) in the range [2, 36]. It implements the
std::fmt display traits, allowing seamless use with Rust's formatting
macros.

This package is needed as a build dependency of rust-swc-core and will
also allow de-vendoring radix_fmt from the node-rollup v4 source package.

The package will be maintained within the Debian Rust Team
