mi sa che da quando è uscito Win 10 il nostro programmillo disperde 
qualcosa al di fuori della sua cartella di lavoro (prima dell'avvento 
di Win10 non ho *mai* avuto problemi con la portable!)

io con la mia portable non sono mai arrivato a tanto... mi è sempre 
bastato rifare "ex-novo" la configurazione legata a "mesnews2.ini"
