Aggiungo: vedi che ci siano le sotto cartelle!
Inoltre, non hai risolto riscrivendo ex-novo il file "mesnews2.ini" ??

Io, quando ho mesnews che fa qualche tiro strano, risolvo sempre così
PS: pure io lo uso in versione Portabile
