Eh, MIcrosoft! Cercando in rete una spiegazione per questo falso positivo mi sono imbattuto in questo articolo del

Ho messo l'aggiornamento 2012 su un pc, immagino che il Rollup incorpori anche l'aggiornamento e non ci sia bisogno di 
mettere prima uno poi l'altro.

Diversamente da SP3 o SP6, il progetto creato su macchina con l'aggiornamento 2012 installato, se lo porto su una 
macchina senza aggiornamento, qusto si apre senza problemi. Meglio cosi.
