Has anybody develop a cfengine based tool to deploy openstack.  

Currently: 
 
The larger vendors like redhat, HP and rackspace .  Use puppet, chef and ansible or tripleO  for building out private clouds. I think cfengine would do well as deployment tool for openstack....
