Tu as conscience que l'armée à des besoins de fiabilité d'un tout autre
ordre que le grand public ?

Pour schématiser grossièrement, le moindre stylo endurci peut couter 
1 000 fois plus cher qu'un bic acheté à la librairie du coin mais il
sera capable d'écrire à la fois sous l'eau, dans la boue, la pointe 
vers le haut voire en apesenteur après s'être fait rouler dessus par un
régiment de chars d'assaut.

Bref, on ne parle pas du tout de la même classe de matériel ce qui 
n'empèche pas de dire que la RA existe et est au point depuis belles 
lurettes contrairement à ce que tu racontais quelques posts plus haut.

Mais tu n'es plus à une stupidité près.
