Ja nun, Gefahren einschätzen lernen sollte man im Straßenverkehr eh. Ich sagte ja schon mal: Man sollte sich nie darauf verlassen, daß jemand blinkt, sondern im Zweifelsfall alle Fahrzeuge, denen es physikalisch möglich ist, als abbiegewillig betrachten. Und hier hakt dann weiters die Dummheit der sparenwollenden Gier dort ein, unzulässige Wahrnehmungsmodelle für die Piloten der Riesenvehikel mit dem Dampfhammer einpflocken zu wollen. Noch eine Kamera. Noch ein Spiegel. Noch eine Kamera. Ach. Und schon wieder ein paar Tote mehr. Oder aber, noch besser ... es gibt keine Rechtsabbieger links vom Geradeaus-Verkehr. Das ist trivial, das ist die einfachste Methode, es ist intuitiv leicht einsichtig, und es ist billig zu haben. Und sofort laufen dann die Hysteriker von der immer militanter werdenden Front der Separatisten Amok. Per Separierung wird der Abseparierte in hohem Maß gefährdet ... das ist nun einmal so. Und seit das auch mit Untersuchungen belegt ist, macht man an sich keine Untersuchungen zur Gefährdung mehr, sondern nurmehr solche zum Wohlfühlcharakter von vermeintlich getrennten Spielwiesen ... als ob auf eine geografische Ebene zugleich mehrere kreuzugungsfreie Netze projeziert werden könnten. Verstandesgebrauch erscheint bei so irren Kalibern als ziemlich störend.

Ja, funktioniert, weiß ich aus eigener Erfahrung. Kann aber auch nach hinten losgehen, wenn die Autos nach der Kreuzung dann wegen Gegenverkehr mit zuwenig Sicherheitsabstand überholen. Womöglich noch mit Ärger im Bauch, weil der Radfahrer, den sie vor der Kreuzung erst überholt hatten, sie jetzt wieder ausbremst. Alles hat zwei Seiten... Holger

Für die ziemlich genau 20 km vom alten Arbeitsplatz nach hause hab ich höchstens bei fiesem Gegenwind mehr als eine Stunde gebraucht, und da war so 1/3 Stadtverkehr mit Ampeln dabei. Immer dabei, wird nicht geklaut weil mit reingenommen, in der Bahn ist es ein Gepäckstück. Es ist wegen der kleinen Räder im Stadtverkehr extrem wendig und sehr spurtstark (kleine Räder = kleines Trägheitsmoment), ich lasse damit fast alle anderen Radler an der Ampel stehen - die besseren natürlich nur auf den ersten Metern :) Beim Fahrkomfort und der erreichbaren Geschwindigkeit muß man halt Abstriche machen, aber irgendwas ist ja immer. Die anderen Punkte wiegen für mich schwerer - das beste Rad ist halt das, was man dabeihat. Ein Bekannter ist mal 50km mit mir gefahren. Fast alles Langstreckenradweg, wo man so richtig aufmachen kann. Kraeftiger Fahrer, aber ich musste staendig drosseln. M.W. war es ein Dahon Faltrad. Damit kann man das Vorderrad aufbaeumen lassen. Fruktose wird nur in der Leber verstoffwechselt und in den USA wird gerne überall High Fructose Corn Syrup verwendet (Hier leider auch immer öfter). Im Gegensatz zu Rüben/Rohzucker ist dort die Fruktose sofort verfügbar während sie beim Rohrzucker erst über die Aufspaltung freigesetzt wird. Vielleicht hier etwas aufpassen? Gerrit
