Klar, ALT ist bei uns einer der Standardtest bei den routinemaessigen 
Vorsorgeuntersuchungen. Email kommt, zur Klinik, Nummer ziehen, einige 
Minuten spaeter wird man auf dem Monitor zur Blutabnahme-Station C oder 
was immer aufgerufen, die ersten Ergebnisse klickern im Online-Portal 
schon am Nachmittag rein.

Wir konsumieren nur wenig Zucker und auch keine Fertiggerichte oder gar 
Fast Food, sind also untypische Amerikaner. An Fruechten faellt eine 
Birne pro Wochentag an, manchmal stattdessen ein Apfel. Der ALT Wert 
liegt ja auch seit Jahren bei 24U/L, also mitten im gruenen Bereich, der 
von 0-47U/L geht. Warum der ohne Radsport weit darueber lag, ist mir ein 
Raetsel. An der Ernaehrung hat sich nichts veraendert. Ok, wir 
konsumieren kein gekauftes Bier mehr, nur noch selbstgebrautes, aber das 
kann es nicht sein.
