Mir fiel Software-Verhalten bei Elektronik/PC-Händlern mehrmals auf.
Es kam keine Ware bei mir an, obwohl 'am Lager' und 'sofort lieferbar'.
Am Telefon: Es waren Artikel vorhanden.
Immer wenn der Mitarbeiter dort die Position aufrief, um damit
zu arbeiten, waren die Artikel wieder weg!
Live von eingehenden Bestellungen in Beschlag genommen.
Das war über Tage hinweg nicht lösbar.
Ich mußte alles stornieren - das ging, alles andere ging nicht.

Offensichtlich ist die betroffene Software fehlerhaft.
Bestimmte, grundlegende Funktionen (Sperre) fehlen einfach.
