Nennt sich ganz einfach "level triggered interrupt".
Den zweiten Satz verstehe ich aber auch nicht.

Wen meinst Du jetzt mit "Die"?
Für mich sind die ATtinys im Wesentlichen das Selbe wir die ATmegas, nur
eben kleiner.
