Hallo,
in Windows 10 nach dem Update auf die neueste Version des e-Mail 
Programms Becky! (bk28104.exe) bekomme ich nach der Installation beim 
Aufruf von Becky! die Fehler-Meldung:

"Failed to create empty document."

Woran mag das liegen?
