Für die Dallas Teile hat sich hier jemand die Mühe gemacht, einen
Ersatz zu designen und die bekommt man bei ebay hinterhergeworfen:

Eigentlich fehlt sowas noch für die 48T* NVRAMs. Das wäre wohl
leicht teurer als ein NOS aus China, aber funktioniert dann wenigstens
planbar für längere Zeit.
