Code I'm currently working on is supposed to use the authentication
service provided by a MS AD KDC and because of this, I recently had to
configure a Windows Server 2008 R2 installation to use a set of
external NTP servers in order to keep its idea of 'the current time'
accurate. This web page documents how to do this:

You had contact with someone whose 'religion' (this should really be
'philosophy' but since Microsoft usually refers to
deemed-to-be-irrational opinions about computers as 'religious', I'm
also doing it here) taught him that he must proselytize others to shun
working and sensible technical solutions to particular problems
because 'the colour is simply WRONG !!1'. This was doubtlessy a
Golgafrincham Ark 3 survivor and since his boneheadedness even
prevents him from using his OS of choice to its full potential, why
don't you simply ignore him?
