After all, at least with the "impossible to answer" questions, we can still answer it for many of the possible cases. Better than not being able to ask about it at all, even for the simple cases that do have answers. The Halting problem is about being able to ask about the behavior of running a given program. Even with context-aware programs. that would then need to ask about running a program in a given context. IF you restrict the context we can ask about to just our own context, then you are just prohibiting asking the full question, thus your API is just broken. Of course, if we give the halt decider both the program and the context it runs in, then the answer doesn't depend on the context the question is made from. and thus the halt decider shouldn't be "context-aware" of the context of the requestor.
