Better to be able to ask a question and be able to be told you can't get
an answer for it then to be prevented from even asking the question in
the first place. After all, at least with the "impossible to answer"
questions, we can still answer it for many of the possible cases. Better
than not being able to ask about it at all, even for the simple cases
that do have answers.

The Halting problem is about being able to ask about the behavior of
running a given program. Even with context-aware programs. that would
then need to ask about running a program in a given context.

IF you restrict the context we can ask about to just our own context,
then you are just prohibiting asking the full question, thus your API is
just broken.

Of course, if we give the halt decider both the program and the context
it runs in, then the answer doesn't depend on the context the question
is made from. and thus the halt decider shouldn't be "context-aware" of
the context of the requestor.
