No, you can run 5.1 in a MacOS 9 CLASSIC environment running under Tiger, and Classic is running a previous century OS (possibly with a couple of updates) released in this millennium. So no, Word 5.1 cannot run on any OS in the last 22 years (MacOS 9 was released in 1999).
