El Capitan Beta Version 4

A friend called me today and stated that his computer completely froze 
after he initiated an update to El Capitan Beta Version 4 and that he 
has been totally unsuccessful at unfreezing it. I have been running the 
El Capitan betas and my update list stops at "Version 3, Installed Jul 
30, 2015" There was a subsequent update titled "Command Line Tools (OS 
X 10.11) beta" which I installed yesterday. I'm curious as to why I 
haven't received notification for a version 4.
