IT couldn't help since it was an unsupported device since it was
purchased from the department for testing purposes. I installed a clean
mac OS Sierra v10.12 into an external USB3 HDD and then retested it.
Same problems. Now, I am thinking this new MBP's USB hardwares are
defected or something. :(
