I would love to see it. Here, a quick video to show you how they work on
macOS:
<https://youtu.be/OFaXv9h2Ato>
If you can show the same type of tool that works in most Windows programs I
would love to see it. I admit I do not know Windows 10 as well as Windows 7
and before, so maybe they have added something.

Would love to see how you can from, say, pretty much any video editing
program get to:
* a play list from your music player
* an image album from your photo organizer
Keep in mind the lists / albums should be able to be ones you set up or
"smart" ones based off of criteria you set. Or faces or genres or the like.

More than in the past, true.

It is not. It does a lot less, but what it does it handles more smoothly. A
good example is working with moving images around (though MS Word has
improved here). And Numbers and Keynote are very different than Excel and
Powerpoint.
> And whats with the i before everything?
There is no "i" before Number, Pages, or Keynote. Nor many other programs
(Mail, Photos, etc.). But not sure why you moved the topic to branding.

How so?

The Finder is still there... the Chooser has not been there since Classic
Mac OS.
Why do you ask?

Use what you like... but would be curious as to what you find "Childish"
about macOS... the fact they often (though not always) give you more choice
and better options for productivity, efficiency, and error-reduction?
