Absolutely. I hear very rare cases where there is any exception, and then it
is usually from people who treat others poorly. Yeah, if you are a jerk to
ANYONE they tend to treat you less well.

And, of course, any company screws up from time to time. Not trying to say
Apple never goofs. But more times than not they are excellent with their
service.
