I just did a "Clear Cache" from the Developer's menu and it took less than a
second. I have not done that in months... though I have seen it take longer.
Could be older versions took longer? Or maybe the cache was cleared on my
update? Don't know.

I do not know if it clears all. I used to use YASU to do much the same but
it is no longer developed. Have not had a need since then so have not looked
for any other solution.
