As I said elsewhere, Steve Jobs also had the ability of foresight and
understanding of what users needed (even sometimes when they didn't
know it). I'm not saying he created everything himself or came up with
all the ideas, but he could usually see what was and wasn't worth doing
and releasing. I'm not saying he even got it right every time.

Cook and Ive have virtually zero foresight or understanding. Cook is
just a paper-pushing manager with no real ability at anything, while
Ive is a great case designer, but doesn't have the first clue about
hardware or software.
