It occurred to me that if I re-installed the OS and was still getting 
this error, it has to be from something I am running fairly 
continuously.  The console app hasn't been very helpful, but the only 
thing I can think of is Qpopper.  Therefore, I downloaded, compiled and 
installed the latest version.  Time will tell.
