If you want IMAP you could set up a gmail account, if you don't have
one already, and have your ISP's email forwarded there automatically.
You can then set up Apple mail or whatever mail client you are using to
download your messages from gmail using IMAP. Works great for me. I
have comcast mail and they don't have imap either.
