Learning curve or no learning curve, the programs I have looked at or tried so far will only edit one foto. Using Pages to make actual pages with several of these and text of my choice is much more work for an inferior product than I can produce with my current single program. -- biblioholic medievalist

Well OS X 10.6 runs in virtualisation. So she could have got her nice new Mac with plenty of speed and RAM to run the older OS as a virtual machine and run the old software inside it.
