It's not really possible to cancel Usenet posts.

Some newsreader apps do have such a feature, but unless you're using a 
particularly slow newsserver, by the time you cancel a post it's 
already being replicated across numerous other servers in the chain. At 
best all you do is create a "cancel" message chasing after the original 
post.
