Is there a way to have a date automatically entered into a cell in
Numbers without having to type it? I know the Now and Today functions
will enter the current date (and time for the former), but will update
it whenever the spreadsheet is opened. I'm looking for a sticky date,
that doesn't change after it is entered even if the spreadsheet is
closed and reopened.

Numbers for iOS has this, but so far as I can tell, Numbers for Mac OS
X doesn't.
