They have it for pre-order on Steam which I ordered today.  I just
like Steam because of the auto-patching feature.  It's something that
is not an issue for most gog.com games (which tend to be older single
player games), but for newer titles or multiplayer games, I've found
the auto-patching on Steam to be a convenience that's become hard to
live without.  I've bought a few games from gog.com, but their "we're
going out of business sorry... oh, wait, no we're not" sort of left me
feeling unimpressed with them.  Otherwise, as a service on the whole
(and a way to get some old games cheap) I thought it was good.

If for some reason Witcher2 really inspires me to go back and play the
original in some level of depth, I might just get the $5 copy from
gog.  I was mostly just loading it up because it's been so long since
I played, and I thought a refresher on the story would be good
preparation for the new one.
