Since all that program will do, if placed within !Boot, is set
<Boot$Root> to the name of the hard disc on which the !Boot directory
resides, then a simpler way of getting exactly the same result is to
replace all usage of the disc name with "Boot:^", as in:

Filer_Run Boot:^.Apps.Editors.!StrongED

In fact, I believe the default boot sequence does exactly this.
