Seconded. Works fine here too. RO 5.16, Pluto 3.04c & NetSurf 3.0 r12443.

Of course, it's ridiculously long URLs which tinyurl.com was not only
made for but works with NetSurf!! Russell's mega-URI becomes:

http://tinyurl.com/3nrcd43

Perhaps anyone posting a URI to announce should consider using tinyurl or
at least make sure URIs <75 chars appear on a line on their own. Imagine
posting it - unshortened - to Twitter!!!!!
