Happens here, too.
If you open the !RiscOSM.Resources.Manual folder and double-click on any
of the individual pages, they render OK, but clicking on the Contents link
on the bottom of each page then displays the unrendered HTML code for the
index/html file.
I can't see anything wrong with the HTML (BICBW).
