Not necessarily, It might be a certain plugin being used by WordPress, 
causing the issue.

Those workarounds were for a specific issue with files loading locally 
from your computer (RISCOSM Help files).

Does not mean a lot to be honest, they have a lot more resources to fix 
issues and money.
