Do I have the floppies?  Do I have the floppies?!  Well, that's actually a pretty good question, but yes I have the floppies.  I also have image copies of the floppies from either before or after the last installation on a CD ROM somewhere in our huge mess of a garage.  It's a good thing I managed to find the actual floppies and that they're still working.  It would have taken me ages to track down that CD. :)

I have the following:

SysV R3.5 base system (diagnostics, floppy boot set, hard disk boot blocks, foundation set, telephone manager, async terminal emulator, EIA/RAM board driver -- I have the board, so that's good, curses/terminfo, encryption, gss drivers, and something which claims to hold a tar file called "LPI Fortran.")

SysVR3.0 utilities (development set, documentation, advanced editors)

Unfortunately I haven't had the matched system/dev kit.  I've found that the 3.0 dev kit will install onto a 3.5 system and work mostly out of the box.  Maybe requires a slight amount of hackery.  I think CPP may have been in a different spot or something, but it's been ages since I did the install.

I can tell you that at least the diagnostic disk, floppy boot set, and hard drive boot disks, still boot the machine.  All of the media have been stored together, so hopefully they'll install fine.
