I've never quite had to resort to such drastic measures, but I have had floppies that bind against the jacket from setting around for too long.  So far it's been easy enough to just spin them manually a turn or two.  I'll keep that in mind though, just in case.

That's great news.  Maybe I should make another disk full of images. :)  The LPI Fortram may be something I got from the internet (or somewhere else) back when I originally acquired the machine.  It's not on AT&T disks, and the label is in my own handwriting.  It claims to be a compressed tar file split across two floppies.  Only solid reference I can find to it is in an old comp.sys.3b1 FAQ, which just says:

AT&T651209	LPI Fortran. Fortran 77 meeting ANSI X3.9-1978
