Is there any way of buying a copy of the 2011 standard for less than a
few hundred dollars, either electronically or in dead tree form? The
1998 edition was (and still is) available as a PDF from the ANSI
webstore for $30, but I can't find it the 2011 for less than about ten
times this price. I know there are drafts available for free, but I
would rather a copy of the actual standard as there must surely be
some minor differences.

(I appreciate this question is in the FAQ, but the answer there only
applies to the '98 edition.)
