In N3290 (FDIS,
<http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2011/n3290.pdf>),
Annex C 2.7 contains a list of new "C compatibility headers". There is a
typo<cstding>. It should be<cstdint>.

I verified that "cstding" appears only once (the above) in N3290.
