I usually use 
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/apps/graphics/convert/winico92-2.zip 
to convert the Windows icon to OS/2.
I forget the specifics but sometimes lxlite breaks the 32 bit depth 
icons that have been attached by rc. Workaround is to remove the 32 
bitdepth one so OS/2 falls back on the 16 bit one.
