Very simple: This is a *.RC file for Windows. You need to create
an OS/2 version of the icon and an "itecad_os.rc" that reads like
this:

ICON    1       "Itecad_os2.ico"

Then place the line:

os2:RC_FILE = Itecad_os.rc

in your *.pro and run QMake.
