I suspect that a lot of these so-called "designers" use web site generators and seldom if ever look at the actual HTML that's being generated. As for criticizing web sites, you don't need a lot of HTML experience to look at a web site and determine whether it's easy to do what you want. Yet somehow we managed to run accounts receivables, payrolls, and general ledgers for offices all over town.
