Dumbass, I know a lot more about that virus than you ever will. I had to 
relocate for awhile to avoid an encounter with the feds as a result of 
what a friend in the scene did when he released it. I was the person 
responsible for acquiring a safe place to host codebreakers.org - Yes, I 
can back that statement up too. You didn't pickup a newspaper one morning 
and find an article about you on the front page. I did. You know fuckall 
about it.

What the fuck do you mean by since then? Ignoramous, the scene was pumping 
out destructive code that included data theft quite sometime before 
Melissa got around. I was responsible for some of it myself. teenage 
pranksters? You think Melissa was written by a teenager?!? Dumbshit.

I'm acting like nothing of the kind. You are talking completely out of 
turn here though. Your knowledge of the scene is a joke on your best days. 
BugHunter and Malwarebytes aren't from 1999. I wrote BugHunter and was 
cold recruited to work for Malwarebytes where I used those skills I have 
to reverse engineer 0day malware samples that would pull all kinds of 
shady shit if left to run amock on your gear. By cold recruited, I mean 
they offered me a job when I wasn't even looking for one and had no idea 
they were hiring. My known skills and reputation caused them to do that, 
Michael. How many serious tech jobs have you been offered by an employer 
when you didn't even know they were looking to add to their ranks? none as 
in zero, right?

on malware, let alone actual viruses with me. You are in way the fuck over

Carlos was essentially talking shit about viruses, he doesn't need you to 
try and run interference. I'm a former VXer, I know the scene far better 
than either of you ever will. I was part of it. In the trenches. Yes, I 
can backup those statements too if you'd like to me to do so? It's not as 
if it's a secret, Michael. It's common knowledge to those who are 
seriously into IT or any subset of it. I already cut David Brooks off and 
disclosed who I am and what I've done a few days ago - screwing him out of 
the chance to surprise attack me with the information. I'm not worried 
about being judged for my past. I regret some of the things I did, but, it 
is what it is and I can't exactly go back and undo it.


You weren't even an outsider, and Carlos doesn't really know what the fuck 
he's talking about in so far as this subject is concerned. If none of the 
.doc files contained macros, IT was wasting clock cycles and risking 
mailbox corruption (yes, dumbshit, that was a thing too) by scanning for 
them. He didn't even mention the 'no macros' until I started probing him 
about it. IT was scanning them because some did contain macros and atleast 
one person in IT understood the risks that presented to the network - 
which is why they were scanned. Carlos didn't even understand that a virus 
scanner is only as good as it's last update and that it's mostly retro 
active in it's abilities to protect you from unwanted code. I took 
advantage of that ignorance many times back in the day myself. If your 
virus scanner says xx file is clean, you will trust it and you'll take a 
bite of the tainted cookie. You only have to take a nibble, you don't have 
to eat the whole thing - My code got you at the nibble.
