NPD or Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
"NPD people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need
for admiration and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask
of ultraconfidence lies a fragile self-esteem that's vulnerable to the
slightest criticism.
Also they have a tendency to belittle others in an attempt to validate
their own superiority. In other words, they have to be consistently
right, & everyone else is wrong.
People with NPD tend to exaggerate their skills and accomplishments.
Their sense of superiority may cause them to monopolize conversations,
whether they are part of that converstaion or not."

Taken into context with Glasser's general behaviour, & the excellent
data posted by Sandman, I'd say NPD is a fit.
