In the leader script, you need to set LINKEM variable to path to
linkem on your system.  Assuming your home dir is /home/snit,
and you drop both files into /home/snit, in the leader script,
change:

set LINKEM /home/anon/code/groups/linkem

to

set LINKEM /home/snit/linkem

Then, you should be able to run it by typing:

/home/snit/leader

or, from your home dir,

./leader
