The "advocates" show little knowledge of Linux... yes, many things are tied
to Linux and run on Linux or forks of Linux. Great. And this speaks highly
of Linux. No question. And they are right about that.

But then they try to tie these successes to desktop Linux... you know, what
is generally meant by that which does NOT include ChromeOS and Android (both
of which have a single company pushing a unified UI paradigm which is at
least largely followed). Not that they are perfect but it is not like the
poor user experience of desktop Linux.

They want the success of one to be applied to the other... and they are very
confused or dishonest about that.

Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. They cannot
use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel somehow
superior by attacking the messenger.
