OK, this is getting weird now. A few times, but I can't always reproduce
it. mac OS Sierra/v10.12's System Report's USB shows a card reader, but
this Samsung Galaxy S6 edge doesn't have a card reader slot that I could
find. Here are the copied and pasted texts:

Samsung. Hmm, is this new 15" MBP defected, confused, a bug, or

suggested I run kextstat command so I did it in both normal and safe
mode (still had the same missing Samsung Galaxy S6 edge USB connection

unusual. I hope those drivers are correct for Mac OS X v10.12/Sierra. :/
