There are users that memorise of note textual things that get quickly 
redundant.

I had that yesterday where a Picassa using camera card user had written 
in his crib notes the words 'look for the word SAMSUNG one inch from the 
left, click on it (left mouse button) and click on the word CANON-EOS'.

Had a panic call when the guy couldn't see the word SAMSUNG and was 
clueless what to do next. (big clue next to it "Import from".)

Tried giving him a small lesson on how to recognise inserted media in 
windows explorer 'My Computer'. Whoosh, straight out of the comfort zone....

Actually, the concept of file naming, storage and using folders was 
never that great back in MSDOS (a great mess of user files in C:\)

It's something that mobile phone 'app' users mostly avoid.
