That is not a "fix", that is a "run away from the problem" and is in 
fact what I had done to be able to search for a "fix" before I gave up 
and tried the unlikely-to-succeed-these-days plea for useful help.

How do you know how I call "bing"?  (It happens that it is the default 
for a new window, but I often call it using a book mark.  I have no 
visualization for what the screen space issue is of which you speak.)
