The VB IDE used everything above the "Option Explicit" to create the
form, and displayed the bottom as the handler code for editing.
With enough study, one could hand edit the form definition -- just need
to use some non-Visual Studio editor <G> Differencing should be possible
too, though if one moved a GUI element, matching up where it now appears in
the text may not be easy.
