This claim violates basic logic.  If x is not in A, then x cannot be in a subset of A.

There is nothing wrong with preferring to use Python (or some other high level language) to access metalanguages that use PostScript, PDF, or SVG as output formats, and there is nothing wrong with preferring one output format over another if it better suits your purpose.  This kind of thing has been going on since PostScript was developed.  But if you want to discuss it, please use language in any ordinary way, subject to ordinary rules of logic.
