I'm still 99% sure this is a troll.  No one is this dumb.  However: 
there's no section about importing from Word because Tomcat doesn't do 
that.  It uses its own format, and doesn't read any Microsoft ones.

Tomcat isn't an app.  It's a server, and a deamon.  Look those words up.

Seriously, at your level of apparent expertise, you have no hope of 
getting Tomcat running correctly.  I think your friend who recommended 
it was having some fun at your expense.
