public class test {
public static void main(String[] args) {
int ns[] = new int[23];
int last = 0;
for (int i=0; i<ns.length; i++)
ns[i] = i;
for (int n : ns) {
last = n;
}
System.out.println(last);
}
}
It's not elegant but it works.
